Where is my travel data stored?

XuYe currently has no account system or XuYe-operated cloud server. Core content such as plans, Wanders, archives, notes, and expenses is primarily stored on your device.

Why can’t I find a place in map search?

XuYe uses Apple MapKit for maps and place search. Places visible on the map may differ from search results, and coverage varies by region.

Does Wander continuously track my location?

No. Wander accesses and saves a location only when an action needs it, such as starting a Wander or tapping “Record Here.” It does not continuously record a background GPS track.

Why does navigation open another map app?

When you choose Apple Maps, Amap, Baidu Maps, Google Maps, or Waze, XuYe passes the destination information needed to open that app for navigation.

Can I recover my data after deleting the app?

XuYe currently has no cloud account or cloud sync. Deleting the app or its local data may make content on your device unrecoverable. Check that you have retained anything you need before deleting it.

How can I report an issue?

Email fuhaoyu06@163.com. If possible, include what happened, steps to reproduce it, your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch model, system version, XuYe version, and a screenshot. Please avoid sending sensitive tickets or personal information unless needed.
